1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating a client or student account, requesting a project, or enrolling in a course at MOC Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. User Accounts & Security

Whether you are accessing the Client Portal or the Student LMS, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MOC Technologies cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Agency Services & Projects

• Proposals & Scope: All custom software and web development projects are subject to an agreed-upon scope of work. Any additions outside this scope will be billed separately.
• Intellectual Property: Upon final and complete payment of all project invoices, the intellectual property rights of the custom deliverables are transferred to the client, unless stated otherwise in a specific contract.
• Project Delays: Clients are expected to provide necessary feedback and assets promptly. MOC Technologies is not responsible for project delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials.

4. Tech Academy & Enrollments

• Access: Enrollment in a course or IT/SIWES program grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our educational content for personal learning purposes only.
• Content Ownership: All course materials, videos, and curriculum remain the strict intellectual property of MOC Technologies. You may not copy, distribute, or resell our training materials.
• Code of Conduct: Students are expected to maintain professional behavior in all communications, live chats, and support tickets.

5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

All fees are stated in your portal and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) unless otherwise indicated. We accept online payments via secure gateways and direct bank transfers.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our educational content and the custom nature of our software development services, payments are generally non-refundable. Deposits paid for project commencement are strictly non-refundable. Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of MOC Technologies management.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MOC Technologies, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
